Del, a very neat sign. Do you have a translation?

hi, yeah it's showing it's age but i like it.

i believe it roughly translates as:

the manufacturer is authorised to produce uniforms for the NSDAP

and then the RZM bit.

perhaps one of our german speaking members can give a more accurate translation.
