Allach DAF award ?

Hello all,

on a recent fleamarket, I have found the following award with it's case. It says "Sportappell der Betriebe 1939", and is made of very fine porcelaine.

On the back, there is the mark of the Allach firm, which I understand has also made the fine statues.

Can you tell me a bit more about this item ? Who be awarded with it and for what reason ? Are these often encountered ?

Also, it is absolutely not my collecting field, so I will probably sell it. However, I have no idea about it's value. Could you please enlighten me ?

Ask Kris Lindblom at Third Reich Arts.
Also Ulric of England Militaria late last year.
