IMO it is OK. It has the right cloth, piping , pip and stitching. Nice One . I have been looking for a while for one! :-)

Yes, it looks fine to me, John. According to the 1939 uniform revisions. I don't see an arrow on the reverse indicating which way is 'up' and that's ok, too, as some manufacturers didn't include that handy guide. And in the end, we know that some wearers of all ranks got it upside-down anyway!
