At least that's what I remember it as. It looks to be marked N.S.D.F.B.St.
I don't remember what the initials are for though, National Sozialist Deutsche F????(rauen) B????(und) Stahlhelm. Marked M.H. Ges Gesch. on back. All opinions welcome.

I agree with Wim. Your badge is that of Der Stahlhelm, Bund der Frontsoldaten after it was absorbed into the SA by 1935. This logo and elongated title acknowledged both the venerable career of the Stahlhelm Bund back to 1918 when it quickly became the largest and most politically powerful veterans' organization in post-WWI Germany, and also its eventual subservience within the NSDAP and the SA as the former Bundesführer, Franz Seldte, took his seat as a minister in Hitler's first Cabinet. Quite an historic piece, congrats!
