You think for $13,000 he would bother getting the right repro ribbon at least !!!

Ribbon Cased in a Red Leather Case This is the famous Blood Order IDed to Wilhelm Tomaschek, Vienna Austria-German World War Two IDed Blood Order Number 2753 with long ribbon.

Jon, this copy shouldn't fool too many except a novice who has not done their homework. Also interesting to note the entry into Austria ribbon.

Jon, we should keep adding to this thread everytime we bump into a new fake BO so that new collectors won't spend their hard earned money on this crap!

                Hello Jon
Do you think that the number 1998 is the date this order was concieved, just a wild guess of mine.
                Regards
                Michael

I very much doubt that there is any relationship between the number and when the medal was made.

This was a joke on my part, It is a fake as we can see,the number 1998 I used was to indicate when it was made as a fake. Not when it was awarded.
Perhaps I should have ended with a funny face!!
                    Regards
                    Michael

Here's another fake that you gotta love. Think the ribbon is a rare prototype?

The rare prototype medal is from a special constabulary medal
