I don't like the eagle and wreath emblem missing fron the 25 year award.
plus the lack of any indication of having ever been attached.

I'm not an expert on these(hardly on anything) but I dont like the 15year eagle-device, it looks like it's head melted or something.
A soldier/party official with this array of awards probably had 2 or more of these ribbonbars, this one might not have been used at all.

I have to agree with the opinions stated. Not one I would like in my collection.
