A diplomatic tunic with an Afrika cuff title??
These are pictures of Rudolph Rahn seen here with the Knight's Cross of the War Merit Cross with swords. On June 22. 1943 he was awarded the Knight's Cross of the War Merit Cross without Swords by Hitler, and also received at the same time, the 1939 Iron Cross 1st class for his service in Afrika. This service obviously won him the Afrika cuff title. After Afrika, he was appointed Reich Plenipotentiary for Italy by Hitler and later appointed Ambassador to Italy.
He died on January 7, 1975 in Düsseldorf.
