Many of you have seen this already but I never get sick of looking at it,so Im gonna share it again for those who have'nt.This is my prized tunic of my SA collection,A prewar SA Sturmfuhrer's Dentist tunic on the Staff of Standarte 28,Neiderrhein.
It has the rare piped NCO tabs, and still sewn to the tunic nonetheless,as well as the great patina on the shoulderboard. Also has the silver bullion officer grade Dentist Raute on the sleeve and the sleeve stripes for marking when this Sturmfuhrer joined the SA.It is heavy officer grade wool. The medals are a good guess by me of what a Dentist might have worn.SA sport badge,DRL sport badge, and he probably had a little money and could afford the sport of horseriding,so the horseriders badge in bronze. The belt and Sam Browne strap are a set that have always been together, which is a cool thing.Hard to find an original untouched SA tunic, especially NCO and with teh great twist piping everywhere..Enjoy.
