NSDAP enameled plaque / opinion

A friend of mine asked me to consult about this enameled.
I'd like to hear your opinion about this one.

Looks promising to me.
It's a pitty a don't have picture specific of this maker mark. I must say that most which are showed in the Wilhelm Saris book having a different RZM logo and the text also in Gothic writing. But then, this maker was from Vienna. So it could be normal?

Can't find an ISBN number on the book but it's a Bender Publication.
