What kind of material is the trapeze in the cap? Printed leather or paper?

Hammer and sickle were used by communists in a lot of countries. But it can be from the German KPD, I think. The silver stamp is interesting in my opinion. A half moon and the 800 stamp is a typical German silver stamp.

I've got a pocket watch with the same stamps in it.
800 half moon and the crown. The maker is Niel HF i've done some research and it suppose to be a Swiss watch! So no german?

I can't comment Swiss items, but here is again the German example which I posted before (now with explanation of the details).
