collar piping thickness??

Hi ,
can anyone please tell me how thick the piping on NSADP Tunics and collar tabs shall me in Milimeters? I thought 2mm for tabs(Kragenspiegel) and 4 for collars ( Rockkragen)?
Where is it written down, regulation and where can I find it so I could read thru it?
I ask because I found a blue piping for Ortsgruppe on a market but it seems too big.

I have a copy of an early RZM-Blatt. I can't find the collar width (yet), but tabs are 2mm.
