Nice Deutsche Reichsbahn Plate - OKW Train?

This is a very nice plate, but where is it from? I would very much assume that the DR = Deutsche Reichsbahn and that the plate is from a train, but which one? I think it far too well made and far too nice to simply be from an ordinary train. I think the plate is too good to even have been from a first class section on the train. The owner of the plate is convinced that it came either from Hitler's train or from one of the other official trains used by the Third Reich Government and/or Army. Can anyone shed some more light on this?

    Cheers, Torsten.

            online tranlator:

The carriage was available after delivery to the foreign minister Joachim von Ribbentrop who had to make do till then with 10 201 Bln. In this function it was put of 10 213 Bln in the beginning into the special train "Heinrich", however, this episode from long duration should not be, because still in 1940 the independent FO train "Westphalia" was formed. In this train might have remained of 10 213 Bln most probably to end of the war.
