    Can someone please decipher the writing on this sign! Picked it up at a show today. Not something I was looking for, but thought it was kind of neat

    NSDAP (Nat'l Socialist German Workers Party)

    ORTSGRUPPE KIEL-SUD (Local Group Kiel - South)

    Amt. f. Volkswohlfahrt (Dept. for Peoples Welfare Organization)

          No maker mark that I can see. The center line looks to have been originally red or gold before it became faded!
