SA and NSDAP photos- help!

Hello! Looking for some to ID these two persons at photos.

#1 looks like SA man to me but any comments on rank he holds?

#2 looks a bit strange to me - he has an army litzen but the rest look as NSDAP man. Any thoughts on who is this?

Photo #1 is an SA Sturmbannfuhrer. The man with the visor cap in photo #2 is a Political Leader. The collar tabs are most likely the 2nd or 3rd pattern Political Leader tabs.
