I don't know if this is the correct forum, but I wondered if anyone could help me find out who was the Krefeld=Uerdingen a. Rhein Oberburgermeister on 23 Juni 1938, I can find about everyone but that date. It is a signature in a book a friend has and begins with Dr. ******
Any help would be appreciated.

Could it be Dr. Alois Heuyng?

Here´s a link to a German website, which describes the visit of v. Epp in Krefeld. It mentions several times the name of the mayor and shows even photos of him.

Hi All,
Is there any other information on this guy? I can't find anything other that about him and the Amtskette, nothing more.
