What is this metal plack ???

Can any one help to tell me what this metal plack is. It has 2 fixing holes so must of been fixed to something?
I have no idea what it is... Is it real?... Whats it worth?

The plack was given to those of the NSKK (Nationalsozialistisches Kraftfahr Korps/Sturm 32/53) who took part on an orientation tour by car in the mountains 6 Aug 1939
