    I could find nothing on what appears to be a makers mark for Max Wenzel.

              If the wound dressing pouch button (whats left of it) has a leaves (wreath) design, than its definately RAD.
              Color looks more olive than brown which would indicate RAD also!
              Not sure if the stamp is really RAD...It looks like RAG8??
              I will put the value at easily double of what was posted in #5 !!

                Correction...actually not leaves in the form of a wreath like I wrote earlier but instead a wheat stock in wreath shape. That design on (inside liner and cuff) pressed paper buttons would be an indicater its a RAD piece!
