Looks like this might have been some kind of scam. Turns out the guy had this whole set listed on GermanMilitariaCollectibles for $500. I hadn't seen the ad when he proposed a trade for my $1400 Luftwaffe Camo helmet.

500 for all that is a red flag right off the bat. If that stuff is all good.

That awful site by Charlie has VERY odd pricing... tunics that are bad but being sold as good but for cheap prices?I saw an "nskk built up" tunic on an SA tunic with wartime insignia for 4 or 500$.
