SA Berlin -Brandenburg Kepi

I need help on this one guys would the markings 3/6 denote company and regiment ? The guys name and 3/6 are on a label in the Kepi, so I am assuming that these are his Sturm/Standarte ? Any help greatly appreciated.

It could denote SA Berlin Plotzensee, Plotzensee still has a prison today which some of the July bombers were executed in 1944, Sean

Are you sure it's a period label? It could be an inventory tag/date from the old Winiarski auctions, for example. I have some kepis with name and unit markings but why would someone write 'Dienstmütze' in his own cap?

Erich got it right, IMO. Why would anyone put "Dienstmütze" on his own label ?
