          Rare piece of HJ history. Would each Bann have only a single gorget or were there any extras? If so what happened to all of those gorgets? There must have been hundreds at one time. Thanks for showing this one.

                          even better a CE Juncker ! did hj flag bearers get to keep these gorgets at home or did they have to collect them from bann headquarters / local hj office when going on a marsch or parade ?? also the question here is why so few in collections today ! could most of these have been melted down like the pole tops in 1942 ??

                            In the days when collectors were few and collectable material was readily available and cheap, this was a very rare item. Great piece Ron!
