nsdap enamel plaque

Hello
Today someone has offered/showed and enameled plaque about 50 x 50 cm, more or less, I can't tell exactly.
The whole plaque is white enameled. On the top there is a black eagle with open wings and next text under the eagle :

SA der NSDAP
STURMANN II/13

I'm sure it's an original plaque, sorry I couldn't take photos, but can anyone
identify sturmann II/13?
Does anybody has a similiar plaque with other text? Could you send photos
of your plaque?
What is this plaque to use for ? Any info would be gladly appreciated.
He asked 400 eur for it, is it a good price, expensive...?

Are you sure it wasn't 'Sturmbann'? If it's original and the enamel is in excellent condition, it's a very good price.

I've achieved a photo.
Here it is. Erich, you were right, it was sturmbann
THe guy tells me that he got it in Viena (Austria) 30 years ago.
Do you know if there Was really sturmbann II/13 ?

Okay--there was a Standarte 13 (both Fuß-and Jägerstandarten) in Linz which was part of SA Group Alpenland. So the Austrian story makes sense. The condition is somewhat rough, but I think the price is still fair.
