Hello Peter,
I would say this was a stripped or unissued political leader's 1939 pattern shirt that has had reproduction SA insignia applied. Wrong shirt pattern for the SA (normally the SA used only the belthooks and not the newer belt loops introduced for the PLs. The fabric and pips look wrong for the tabs and 99.9999999% of the time they didn't use metal numerals except in the very early days. No shoulderboard, no collar piping--forget this one!

I thought it was bad. It was on ebay as SA, but no collar piping and different than I am used to seeing. I did not bid. It went for 155 euros. Thanks for your input.
