Der Reichsgau Oberdonau umfaßt die Stadtkreise Linz und Steyr und die Landkreise Braunau am Inn, Freistadt, Gmunden, Grieskirchen, Kaplitz, Kirchdorf an der Krems, Krummau an der Moldau, Linz, Perg, Ried im Innkreis, Rohrbach, Schärding, Steyr, Vöcklabruck und Wels (17 Kreise).
