near Magdeburg, he was drafted in 1944 to a pioneer unit. After three weeks of training his first assignment was in Jüterbog, where the unit was surrounded by Soviet troops. One third of the company was able to break away after Zossen. Later, they were crushed by Soviet tanks in Marienfelde. Next was the location of the Tempelhof airport, where Feller and Toni as the only one of his schoolmates survived a night bombing raid. Most recently he was among the defenders of Berlin's city center, on Dönhoffplatz his young life was extinguished, a few days before the war."

It's not possible to read the name of the school.

The diamond shaped patch replaced a cuff tittle user earlier.
