What kind of political breeches?

I would like to have your opinions about these IMO very neat black trousers. To which organization could they have belonged?
Nice PRYM snaps and Deutsche Mode buttons. Almost MINT condition. No tags atached or any other markings.

Could be NSKK,NPEA or HJ leader or maybe SS but without markings??who knows.They look blueish in teh pic then they could be DAF,RLB or.....BUT although political org. breeches came in this cut,they also more commonly had flap/button pockets.

for your opinion. I can confirm 100% that in real these are black trousers. Must be the pictures which make them look blueish. Must be NSKK, NPEA or HJ then.
