Were SS-style Polizei tabs for Oberfuhrer Rank Authorized?

Polizei experten:

I have seen numerous pics of the SS-style tabs in green and gold for General ranks, and we know they were authorized.
However, was the equivalent rank insignia for Oberfuhrer (2 oak leaves) authorized for Police (in green/gold)? I cannot find a reference to them in my (limited) PO library.
