    NSDAP Gorget with box mint

    Hy guys,

    here is my new gorget!
    The G. is in a box and very nice.
    I think nobody had use this sometime.

    you look the nice pictures and give me your opinion to this.

            yes the Ortsgruppenfahne is from the Town of
            Dachau Concentration Camp.

            one question more to the gorget

            the box,
            is always black or give it ohter colors from this?

              i dont know about other box colors but i have seen heart shape boxes for gorgets before , just slightly different from yours on the top edge of box

                Not that the boxed examples were ever common, but you used to see more of these back in the 80's. This is the first one I have seen in a long time. Terrific example, in my kind of (stonemint) condition....

                  The heart shaped boxes were for the smaller shield shaped gorgets, like the SA/SS, RAD, HJ, etc.
                  I think most if not all of the political and paramilitary boxes I've seen have been black leatherette covered.

                      is this gorget a early or is this a later gorget?
                      The back is brown .
                      Was the early green and later brown?
                      or is this green and Brown to the same time?

                        They're all late, 1939 is when this model was introduced if my memory serves me right.
