Some Gau Thuringen Goodies

To go along with a cased Gau Thuringen badge in my collection, I picked up this nice cake server from member CPB which came from Fritz Sauckel's home. Along with these two pieces is a rare plate given to the Alte Garde during their visit to the Gau in 1935. It's really cool when you can add like pieces to complete a grouping!

So true Erich! I saw the gau thuringen cake server on estand and i actually thought about your Thuringen badge, and i was going to pm you about it but i saw it was sold so didn't do it. Very glad to see where it ended up, it looks great with your Thuring badge!

I'm collecting Thuringen militaria, my grandfather was from Erfurt and NSDAP, any chance you want to part with these?
