Does somebody have some photos of Erzieher of the Nationalpolitische Erziehungsanstalten (NPEA)? And why did these Erzieher all have different shoulder straps while they didn’t had any ranks? Can you recognise the function of a rank in the NPEA by the shoulder strap? Functions like Anstaltsleiter, Zugführer and Hundertschaftsführer?

Insignia to identify the positions were worn on the standard pattern NPEA shoulder straps in the form of a twisted cord.

Jungmann-Gruppenfuhrer wore a red and yellow twisted cord.

Jungmann-Zugfuhrer wore a 1.8cm wide yellow bar with a thin red line in the center.

Jungmann-Hundertschaftsfuhrer wore a 1.8cm wide red bar with a yellow center stripe.

I suspect that all the Jungmann-Gruppenführer had the rank Oberkameradschafts- or Kameradschaftsführer? And that the Jungmann-Zugführer held the rank of Oberschar- or Scharführer?
But do you have any information about the uniforms of the Erzieher? The teachers of the NPEA?
