Gentlemen, please give me your opinion regarding this SS enamelled broach. It is pictured in Herring-Husken's Katalog der Abzeichen under Unbekannte Abzeichen Tafel 28 #C2 (on page 371 in my edition). The digital camera exaggerated enamel color differences in the top blue portion.

The badge you posted is definitely a fake, as sold by USM Inc., Rapid City, SD 57709, it's in their color catalog priced @ $15.oo, item #6280. Most of their badges have that same telltale marking of a recessed box & in it the GES GESCH.Comment
