Just got an e-mail from a woman that is interested in selling me these. Any idea as to what they are worth? I count about a dozen and wanted to make a fair offer. I would appreciate any extra information about the event as well. Please let me know either way. Thank you.

According to Angolias book these are "youth hostel" tinnies ,

A bit more from littlerjohns book he states,

"possibly to commemorate the opening of this hostel or for making a donation towards its completion"

Nice original badges, if you get them coat them with renwax or
a bit of vaseline. I would love to hear the story of how she found
these, they are not that common and to come across a large
group like that is very unusual
