What kind of armband is this?

There was a very early pre 1933 style Political Leader armband similar to this used I think at Reich level. What is the construction like on this one? Doesn't look quality or period from image posted.

looks like that soft, furry felt-like material seen on fakes I think even from as far back as the late '50s. looks crap.

I remember the 1st time I held one in the '60s. it was like womens' dress material or something 'un-drittes reichisch' so to speak.

Yes, I believe this to be a product of the 4th Reich. However, both the work and knowledge of this design is far too sophisticated for the poor quality fake material available in the 1950's. I believe these showed up in the late 1980's.
