I just got this too pieces today, and I do not know to much about it, I think green one is connected to HJ or DJ, and silver mayber Heer.
any help would be appreciated.

A HJ Scharfuhrer is the sixth level of HJ rank, represented by two rank pips in a horizontal line, and this lanyard worn from the left pocket, looped around the end of the left shoulder strap. A Schar was the next to lowest unit in the HJ as this represented a platoon sized entity. Approximately 50 boys, three to five Kameradschaften, were assigned per Schar, though this number varied greatly according to the number of boys available in the area.

These are pretty common and range in price from $25 USD and up depending upon if they have an RZM tag attached. Here's a set of shoulder straps from Bann Munchen for an HJ Scharfuhrer.
