Very rare certificate of the Dietrich-Eckart-Preis with questions

All I've been able to find is likely the same as your information--it was established by the city of Hamburg in 1933, was awarded with an endowment of RM 5000,--, and was presented to one or two writers/historians per year until at least 1941. I would assume that the missing image on the other side of the document holder was for a photograph of Karl Kaufmann, but that's just a guess. This must have been awarded to Hermann Okraß. I am sure this is a rare document set but it's very specialized, so there would be a smaller number of collectors interested in it than, say, an RK document. But it's definitely a very desirable award and should be very sellable.

Thank you very much, Erich. So we have max. 18 awards, when we guess,
that 1933-41 every year 2 prices were given, maybe less. I got the information
today that from 1933-37 always 2 awards were presented so we have at least
14-18 winners. Yes I know it's really special but I thought that maybe I can find
a collector here before my friend give it to an auction or trader.
