Hello, I would like to know if these are SA boots. Never seen before this model.

They are work boots from the 20s or early 30s. This style was worn by the early SA, as well as the Rotfront, Stahlhelm, Reichsbanner, etc. They're not easy to find on this side of the Atlantic.
