Hello Guys,

could anyone post some pics of an uniform from the motor HJ? Did they had black uniforms with 4-Pocket tunics?

Motor HJ wore the standard HJ uniforms with Motor HJ insignia. The shoulder straps were piped in pink with pink numerals. There were also sleeve insignia worn on the lower left sleeve of the standard HJ uniforms to denote Motor HJ. Period photos show members wearing NSKK crash helmets with NSKK insignia on them. Here's a set of post 1938 Motor HJ shoulder straps for a Gefolgschaftsfuhrer from Bann 83 Kassel that were worn on the standard HJ uniforms.

Thanks for the answer. Had anyone more pics? Could it be, that they had also black 4-Pocket tunics? The HJ-standard tunic had only two Pockets at the breast.

The tunic of a Motor HJ member attached to a NSKK driving school. The tunic is standard NSKK pattern with two blank collar tabs. The left sleeve bears to HJ kampfbinde and driver's badge. The right sleeve the NSKK pattern national emblem. The buttons are aluminum in the pattern of the standard leather HJ buttons.

Yes, very nice tunic, but not black.... What was the usual tunic of the motor HJ? Pics would be nice.
