Yes good ones. The Bann (422) is Bergedorf from the Nord Hamburg Gebeit. Looks like someone has added some embellishments to this set. The numbers 57 would be Wesel in the West Ruhr Niederhiem Gebiet which is not near Hamburg, so these may have been added to replace missing pips or something, I've never seen straps with two Banns on them, and there is no HJ rank that rates three litzen like on this set. I'd be happy to have this set in my collection.
