It's the corner patch of a Motor HJ Gefolgschaftfahne of Gefolgschaft 4 of Bann 55 Lippe, Obergebeit West, HJ Gebiet 9 Westfallen. This Bann was split in the 1942 reorganisation to become West, Westfallen Nord. The Bann headquarters was in Detmold. Here's a set of DJ straps I have from the same Bann. This flag would represent a "company" sized unit.
