The badge on his breast pocket is a WW1-era aviation badge. To me it looks like the Abzeichen für Fliegerschützen (air gunners' badge).

The upper cuff title is for his duty assignment (like his Gau, Landesverband etc.), but I cannot tell which one it is.

The lower cuff title is the red-on-black one for the Kraftfahr-Staffel (the motor vehicle formation). (Example: http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=197898 )
