IMO both are good. First one is one of the many transtional variants. Maybe the last type before the went to the version which conform complete by the rzm regulation. I've noticed somtimes more then 4 or 5 different versions exist of a transitional badge made by only one manufacturer. Party pins are an extremely complex thing...

Second one is an earlier Badge.

First one looks like a genuine "Rudolf Rieling, Pforzhiem"

Not shure about the other one, but it looks good to IMO

The first one is a good, early 1935 pin. This maker used a period instead of a slash "/" between the M! and license number.

The second one looks like a 2/3rds or 3/4 sized pin, pre-RZM.

              Both good.

The round "O" was mandated by the official RZM version of the party pin. It became standard as 1935 progressed and the RZM imposed uniformity. Before 1935 there was more variation as different manufacturers used their own patterns, which sometimes included an oval "O". Small versions of party pins ("Lilliputs") usually had an oval "O", probably to save space. That is shown in the 2nd photo above. You also see it in the small versions of the Gold Party Badge.
