reading SA TAB CORRECTLY?

Ok trying to read a moth ridden tab I have!!its green and has roman numeral III followed by 110 would that be 3rd sturmbann standarte 110?figured this to be Heidelburg which is in Kurpfalz I believe would this be correct reading of tab?Think I have it all right area etc.

3rd Sturmbann, Standarte 110, right. perhaps an officer tab ?
