DRL Medallion w/Horses

Have this 5.1mm medallion dated 1937 and the words D.R.L. Nibe un gen-kamp Fs Piele Worms going around it with horsemen in the middle, can't tell if I got the right separations between the words. Was this some type of award, the backside has a space for inscribing something. Any help on what it was for and maybe a value would be appreciated.
