9" Early Political/SA Eagle - opinions?

This is about 9" from wing tip to wing tip. Appears to be aluminum. Has no maker marks but an odd stamp which almost looks like something one might find in a cap.

A cast copy of the original design, and someone has stamped a fake RZM label impression onto the reverse.

Weren't the metal ones semi hollow & always marked?

They're usually semi hollow with projections to which an easel leg is attached. They're not generally marked; in fact, I don't remember having seen a marked example. They've also been copied in both brass and aluminum (and cast iron) since the 70s.
