This helped answer my question on a press photo.
When Hitler is giving his speech (1:16-1:44) it appears to be the same enviorment as in the picture.

Dean, I have the same photo and yes it's from the same event in 1933.

I just received a book yesterday "Deutsche Wille im Entscheidungsjahr" that also has the same photo. Interestingly, Röhm has been removed from the photo.

How was Rohm removed from your book?
Was it a later version where he was edited out by the publisher or did the books owner actually remove him in some other way?

Hello Dean,
The book covers 1933, but was printed apparently in later 1934, and Röhm was edited out of the image. I'll try to scan the image if I have time!
