Not a bad Blood Order Repro

I found this fake 2nd pattern BO for sale on another site. This one's not bad and could fool a novice collector. What do you guys think?

The buyer is representing this medal as 100% original.

Here's one more shot of the obverse. The eagle alone is a dead give away.

I'm yet to see a convincing 1st pattern repro. Has anyone else?

After seeing enough originals I think that I would have known it.

First of i'm always weary of any blutorden that is photographed on the angle like this one ! Yes 100% fake without a doubt,these are a better repro. Like you Erich I have not seen a half reasonable first pattern fake. However I have a photo-copy magazine article from a collector friend that highlights 3 copies of the first pattern,but just the numbering on show unfortunatly.Interestingly I recall one of these numbers sold a few years ago by a well known German dealer. Hold tight and I'll photograph the article...........

Same here, and I remember that piece as well being sold. I agree with Erich--this would be a scary reproduction for a collector who knew some of the earmarks but hadn't handled a BO. I'd like to see a 90º photo of the obverse and reverse of this one.
