SA tab set for Berlin or Niederrhein?

I just got this set of tabs. I would like to have a clear ID before displaying them.
The black tab should ID them as Berlin or Niederrhein correct?
How about the green embroidered numbers? I thought it could be Jäger but J and I are very similar. Thanks
