Is this an NSKK Generals Tab?

This patch was uniform removed, and is constructed or velvet with the shiny burlap-like backing. The unterlagen is apparent on the oakleaves.

Is it original? Also, is it SA/NSKK (probably) or early SS (doubtful)?
