SA political strap? Need fast help

What do you think about this SA political strap? It's a good one?
Need fast help, because i need one to my SA brown shirt. Thanks for your's help

The leather is lighter colored and thinner than usually seen. Also one of the clips has a broken or missing spring. There is a bright brass colored rivet holding the adjustment buckle, which is not the normal style or color. I'd pass on this one.
