Not specifically an SA event but a less common and attractive design. Badge manufacturers offered many different designs that could then be customized with the name and date of the event--I would suppose that the organizers of this rural tournament liked the design and ordered it with their event information added. A good percentage of the rural population were members of and/or supported the SA.
