what do you think about that one, height is around 17 cm.

The quality is very poor--it looks like a possible cast copy of an original.

hhmmmm.............

You can see at marble top, that this figure was mounted a long time there. And the steel fix on the bottom shows such rust, that it also wasnt turned for a long time.

My feeling is good with that item.

Rust on ferrous metal and scratching on marble are extremely easy to create. If this is an original, it was not by a trained artist, as the proportions and features are awful. Maybe it was an amateur attempt at sculpture. Or, it might have been fished out of a lake or flooded basement, and subsequently 'cleaned up'. The pitting, rust, and loss of detail might have been caused by submersion in water or some acidic environment.
